Zach Collaros and Isaiah Pead named on Maxwell Award Watch List

The Cincinnati Bearcats Quarterback and Running Back were both fortunate to be named to the Maxwell Award watch list. Zach Collaros and Isaiah Pead were two of 66 named to the watch list for the most outstanding player in America. The winner a year ago was Auburn QB, and first pick in the NFL draft, Cam Newton. Collaros and Pead are expected to have big seasons. Collaros was first team All Big East a year ago, while Pead was second team. There are a lot of questions about the Cincinnati Bearcats, but two of the reasons for optimism are Collaros and Pead. Congrats to them for being named to the list. 

Two other Big East players were named to the watch list, Pitt running back Ray Graham, and WV QB Geno Smith.
