Eagles Celebrate Marquette Day by Beating the Brakes Off Bearcats

Cincinnati jumped out 16-4 by the 15:19 mark of the first half. The other parts of the game saw Marquette outscore Cincinnati 91-62. 95-78 is rather embarrassing, but with the fact UC was up 12 quickly, it's just pathetic. That's the only word. The defense was non-existant. The offense had trouble getting the ball up on the press, had trouble getting good looks and couldn't consistently make free throws. Mick had UC in some zone the first half that gave up open shot after open shot after open shot. Other than that, how was the play Mrs Lincoln? 

Apologies for making fun of you, Marquette Day. Obviously it's a real thing that makes Cincinnati bloggers throw Deonta Vaughn jerseys across the room. UC hadn't given up that many points since the Connecticut snow disaster of 08.
