Unless something incredibly dramatic changes, Cincinnati is going to have a very tough road of getting to the national title game. Even if they go undefeated. That doesn't really seem fair. Probably because it's not.

The AP poll came out yesterday and has UC ranked 21st for the second straight week. They were not too impressed with the resume building win over Fordham. The USA Today poll ranked Cincinnati 18th, 1 spot behind Rutgers.

The second most important poll of the week is the blogpoll. As you should know by now, I rank the undefeated teams above the teams who have lost. If you are better, you don't lose. I jumped Florida over idle Oregon because I am not that impressed with who Oregon has played. That could change this week. Oregon State gets the biggest jump in the poll because I severely under ranked them. I nearly dropped West Virginia out of the poll. But there are not good options to replace them at 25 so they stay. That's partially why I kept Louisiana Tech in at 25.
